Dr. Ritik Dwivedi

Founder and Lead Physiotherapist

Dr. Ritik Dwivedi (PT) is the Founder and Lead Physiotherapist at Physio Dost, specializing in knee rehabilitation and functional recovery for active adults and seniors. With a Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy from UPUMS and diverse clinical experience in hospitals, fitness and rehab centers, and senior-care ecosystems, he has managed a wide spectrum of cases including post-operative knee surgery, ACL rehab, osteoarthritis, spine conditions, and neurological issues.

Before starting Physio Dost, he worked as a Physiotherapist at AGEasy by Antara (Max Group), where he designed personalized care plans combining physiotherapy, assistive devices, and lifestyle strategies for older adults with chronic conditions. He has also trained in high-volume hospital settings such as Kailash Healthcare, gaining hands-on exposure to ICU, post-surgical, orthopaedic, neuro, and COVID wards, which strengthened his assessment and clinical decision-making skills.

Alongside his clinical background, Dr. Ritik has contributed as a Clinical Investigator at Optum, refining his eye for detail, accuracy, and process-driven care—qualities that now shape Physio Dost’s structured, transparent, and outcome-focused home visit model. Fluent in Hindi and English, with additional Kannada exposure, he believes in making physiotherapy simple, friendly, and accessible for families, blending evidence-based treatment with the comfort of being treated at home.
